Tuesday night track workouts are at the Oak Park High School track and take place throughout the year. Workouts are tailored for athletes competing in distances that range from 100 meters to ultra-marathons. In addition, special workouts are available for those seeking other goals such as fitness or injury recovery.
Runners and walkers arrive at 6:00 PM to start individual warm ups. Coached warm-up drills start at 6:15 PM. This is followed by the evening’s workout. The workouts are for all levels and abilities.
